Once you have registered on the Medicare site for an account and you sign in to your mymedicare page , you will notice that the Conditions, Allergies and Implantable Device page is now called Personal Health and Family History! You can now add important family medical history to your MyMedicare.gov account along with your self-reported information. The page is structured in an easy to use tab format to clearly identify the section you want to update.
Access Personal Health and Family History under the My Health main menu to start using this exciting feature today and take even more control over how you communicate with your healthcare providers.
